These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Matthew Zizzamia, doing business as Zizzamia Web Design, in Montclair, New Jersey.
Website requests
Sending a request through this website doesn't create an agreement or commit either of us to anything. I'll reply by email, but I may not be able to take on every project.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
This website doesn't take payments. Clients pay through invoices or payment links from Stripe, which handles card details securely. I never see or store your full card number. All prices are in US dollars.
Website builds
Each website build is quoted per project. Before any work or payment, we'll agree in writing on what's included, the price, and the timeline.
Monthly hosting
After your website is built, hosting costs $50 USD per month. It keeps your website online and includes, at no extra cost, your domain's renewal and small updates you ask for, like changes to your hours, services, text, or photos. It's billed automatically each month to the card you choose, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel monthly hosting at any time by emailing me at matthew@
Refunds
When you cancel, I'll refund your most recent monthly hosting payment in full ($50 USD). The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Your domain
Your domain (your web address) is registered in your business's name, so it stays yours after you cancel. From then on, renewing it is up to you.

I work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it can change. Website builds are quoted per project, because each one is different.
